This is systematic destruction of Indian culture & family system, which has been our strength for thousands of years,
few decades ago it was taboo to talk about money in a relationship, that those who did could be identified as dowry hungry evil people, they were punished, separate laws were made, but why separate laws needed???
a murder is a murder any ways, should we have separate laws of various murders under various motives & circumstances???
that's insane, leaving little reasoning / logical thinking for the judiciary to do. the police will categorise a murder as per the motive & judge will become mere clerk reading out the punishment from a ready reckoner book
this is insulting towards the judiciary.

already some gangs have been found who've started the business of marriage for blackmailing in Punjab. In west Bengal a women's gang is busted who'd simply cry molestation against unsuspecting men, drag them towards the police station & "settle" the matter before entering the police station, obviously any honest middle class man is scared & has no time to face the police station & get tagged as an "accused"
end result is that this will lead to cultural riot, more women will be USED as "tool of extortion" by organised criminals, women will be used as "shield" by criminals so that they can threaten rape/molestation against the target policeman who tries to catch them.
Every crime will be given a sexual angle!!!
robbers, contract killers, rioters, money launderers, even anti-national elements will either hire woman accomplices OR kidnap innocent woman & coerce her to join / support them & use these women against the "target" or the witnesses, investigators... 'mooh band rakh varna tuzhe rape case mein fasaa dunga'
if you think I'm exaggerating, take a look at the highway toll naka's, usually not a fit a place for women to work, but off-late, they've started hiring women for namesake, though the actual collection is done by a male at the window, these females are kept sitting inside the booth, wonder why do the toll collection contractors spend more on paying these females???
because toll naka's are prone to babugiri, people throw tantrums, show political / mob clout to evade paying toll tax.
such people usually beat up the male staff at the toll junction no matter how many guards are hired, no security guard can dare to fire at a mob, but in such extreme situations a female can be "used", even goons would be terrorised to abuse, forget beat a female. Such is the terror of "woman empowerment", because she can file a molestation complaint & get anyone arrested without proof.
now think if toll contractors have learnt the trick, why won't criminals learn a few short-cuts to escape police pressure by using females as "sheild"
